Please read fully and understand our terms and conditions before placing an order with Hybrid 4x4.


Ordering & Payment & Delivery

The contract of supply between Hybrid 4x4 and the customer will be formed once we confirm your order by email or telephone (for telephone orders).

Prior to this Hybrid 4x4 are under no obligation to supply you with any goods ordered.

It is your responsibility to ensure you supply Hybrid 4x4 with a valid email address or telephone number which is in proper working order when placing an order with us.

Hybrid 4x4 can accept no responsibility for communication errors or operational failures.

Hybrid 4x4 can accept orders by telephone or via our website.

For nonstock items and special rope lengths etc please call us* to discuss, we can custom make ropes to order.

We* can accept most popular credit cards, we* also accept PayPal.

Goods will be dispatched as soon as payment funds have cleared and we* can confirm this fact.

We* do not store credit card details or pass customers details on to 3rd parties.

We* will deliver to the address given at the time of placing your order.

Hybrid 4x4 aims too ship goods at the earliest opportunity however if we have no stock of the product ordered then the delivery can take up to 35 days from the time of order confirmation but if any delays are to occur we* will let you know at the earliest opportunity.

If we* are unable to fulfill your order you will be contacted and offered an alternative product or a complete refund.

We* accept no responsibility for damage in transit goods which have been signed for in good condition when received.

If you* receive damaged goods it must be recorded in writing at the time of receipt with the carrier. Please check your order carefully upon receipt.

The delivery service we* choose to use is dependent on customer location, product weight or package sizes.



Orders to be delivered to non-UK mainland

Customers in mainland Europe or overseas outside the EU do not have to pay our UK VAT. Also business clients within the EU (but outside the UK) do not have to pay UK VAT either, provided we are supplied with their official ordering form showing their VAT number.

VAT registered customers within the EU will need to email us their company letterhead along with their VAT registration number. This will allow us to remove VAT from the order.

International orders (non-EU) are not charged VAT.

Orders within the EEC will be charged at 20%


Returns & Cancellations

Any special order items or goods ordered by Hybrid 4x4 on the customer's behalf that are non-stock items or of a quantity over normal stock levels are non-returnable and do not qualify for a refund unless previously arranged.

Special order cancellations will incur a surcharge to cover the costs incurred to Hybrid 4x4.

All return items must be received by us in good condition. Goods returned damaged or incomplete or without original packaging may be subject to a charge.

Any goods returned to us* that have been fitted or used will not be accepted.

You* may return goods in new and unused condition and where possible in the original packaging within 14 days of the original order.

If you* have been sent a non-working item or it's broken or just incorrect please call us* on 01767 317605 to arrange a return.

If you wish to cancel an order please inform us* as soon as possible by email, If goods have already been dispatched you*may still be charged the carriage charge plus and additional charges relating to the return of the goods in order to receive your refund.

Once you have notified us* of a cancellation then any sums paid will be reimbursed within 28 days (not including costs incurred for the recovering of costs from you)

If you* do cancel an order or need to return items to us* you* are under a duty (until the goods are collected or returned to us) to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. If goods are not returned in “as new” condition a restocking or refurbishment cost may be incurred by you*.

It is the customer's responsibility to remove or dismantle any faulty goods from their vehicle before returning them to us*.



The price will be the prices quoted on the website or by telephone (telephone orders only) except when we* make an error or the price has changed from the time of publication. If we* have made an error or the price has changed we* will inform you as soon as possible and inform you of the correct price and ask if you still wish to continue with your order.

If we* do not hear back from you within 7 working days we* will presume you no longer require the goods. If money has been paid prior to this you* will receive a full refund.

All prices quoted on the website are subject to VAT and postage charge.

We* have taken the time to ensure all the content and product descriptions on our website are correct at the time of publishing and goods are fairly described. Orders may not be accepted if there are errors in our product descriptions or price.

Any weights, dimensions and capabilities given about our goods are only approximate. Pictures may be library pictures held on file for illustration purposes only.


Applicable Laws

Any relevant terms and conditions made by Hybrid 4x4, policies and notices will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Great Britain in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matters related to or in connection therewith.

When ordering from our* website all the information sent to you* is protected by high levels of internet security.

All transactions are encrypted and protected.
